Recommended but not necessary
Primary provider referrals are not necessary to gain access to our clinic, but they are recommended for continuity of care with your primary care provider.

Please use our Referral Form for health care providers and fax (403.942.6612) completed for to our office. We will contact the patient directly to book the appointment.
Self Referrals
We are committed to the health and well-being of babies and families. As these issues can be time sensitive, we accept self referrals. Please call us (403.942.6611) and book an appointment today.
